Vitamin C – 1,000mg 2 times a day and/or up to bowel tolerance
N-AC 600mg 1 cap 2 times a day
Zinc 50mg 1 cap 2 times a week
Vitamin D3 1000 1 capsule daily
Culturelle 1 capsule 2 times a day
Vitamin A 2000iu 1 capsule 3 times a week

Immune supporters

  • With any possible exposure (i.e. bus, subway, school) gargle with
    Hydrogen Peroxide.
  • With any symptoms gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide minimum of 3 times a
  • Remember sugar is an immune suppressant – send your child to school
    filled with a no sugar breakfast
  • Make sure that your child gets adequate sleep daily
  • Make chicken soup for dinner and add extra garlic, onion and a piece of
    seaweed (wakame) to enhance immune protection

My favorites for kids w/ symptoms

Gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide 3 times a day
Sambucal syrup w/out sugar 1 teaspoon 4 to 5 times a day
Esberitox 2 tablets 3 times a day
Beta Glucan follow directions on bottle
Larch bark (larix) powder follow directions on bottle (you can add powder to drinks or applesauce)
